BioI am an up and coming chef in sunny Aberystwyth, Wales. Currently working at the restaurant/cafe in the National Library I aim to become a patissiere chef and eventually, one day, own my own cake shop/cafe/bakery type thing!
It's hard to stop me from making cakes and pastries as often as I can, not that anyone complains.
I decided to create this journal to keep track of any cooking I may do, recipes I like and dislike. My mistakes, my triumphs, all so you, the reader doesn't have to experiment like I am.
I will also chronicle meals I eat, anything special food related that I feel like sharing :)
